I'm happy to share with you how to make a fresh and delicious fruit smoothie, simply with apples and strawberries. If like me, you just can't wait for the strawberries to be perfectly ripe, and buy the first ones on the shelves, this recipe is for you.
How are you doing ? I hope you had a lovely time in your kitchen since the last recipe I've published here. My little Linda will be 4 years old in one week and I'm preparing her a lovely birthday party. I'm crazy in love with layer cakes and want to make her the most beautiful pink one in the world.

It's been three weeks that the first strawberries appeared on the "Domshof Wochenmarkt", the farmer markets in Bremen. Awesome ! The thing is, like every year, the first strawberries do have a nice red color, but don't have strong fruit flavors. Boring.
And each year, like you, I'm craving for strawberries - and I'm not pregnant. So I buy some, and each year I say to myself "Why did you buy those boring strawberries".
EASY, TASTY, LIGHT & HEALTHY
Look at this nice color. I simply mixed together some strawberries and apple with a little water, and added a hint of honey to make it more tasty.
There is no need to add extra texture or calories with bananas.
This juice is a healthy snack idea for modern entrepreneurs. It's perfect for a fruity and colored breakfast or a brunch. Plus, if you have kids who doesn't like to eat fruits, it could be good to try.
2 simple ways to make the first strawberries of the year taste good
1/ Salade de fraises
Rinse quickly and dry the strawberries. Cut them into slices. In a bowl, combine the strawberries with granulated or superfine sugar. Let marinate for at least half an hour in the fridge. Remove from fridge 10 minutes before serving. Add some crème fraîche, or whipped cream and basil leaves.
2/ Heathy Smoothie
The quickest way to make the strawberries taste good is to blend them with some honey, or sugar is you prefer.
